From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel at home, offering valuable insights about the local area and ensuring I had everything I needed. The spacious room, complete with a well-stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities, provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and the cozy sitting area where I could relax with a cup of coffee while enjoying the flat-screen TV. The central location near charming local restaurants like Restaurace jednicka and Babiccina Zahradka allowed for a truly immersive experience in the heart of Trutnov. Nelly Kellys stands out as a remarkable boutique hotel that I cannot wait to return to.
